Matcha Dragon Coconut Latte

A drink as beautiful as it is delicious: layers of dragon fruit juice, coconut milk, and premium matcha that create a spectacular colour gradient. Refreshing, exotic, and ready in minutes. The most Instagrammable energy boost of the summer!

Ingredients

For the drink:

  • 100 ml dragon fruit juice
  • 150 ml coconut milk
  • 2 g Premium Matcha Tea
  • 60 ml hot water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

Pour the dragon fruit juice into the bottom of a tall glass and add plenty of ice cubes. Carefully pour in the coconut milk over the ice to avoid mixing the layers.

Prepare the Premium Matcha Tea by mixing it with hot water and whisking until no lumps remain. Slowly pour the matcha over the ice to create the distinct colour layers. Serve and enjoy. Tip: pour the matcha over the back of a spoon for an even more defined visual effect between the layers.
